Honey

Pressed apple juice or cider

Heat water and steep extra strong chai using 4 bags to 8 oz water. In a heat-proof glass or mug, combine Aplós Calme or Ease, lemon juice, room temp cider, and honey. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or star anise.
