$100 Total Wine & More Gift Card Giveaway
Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Aplós and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or households are not eligible to enter or win.
2. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Aplós, located at 10914 Strang Line Road, Lenexa, KS 66215. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Total Wine & More.
3. Giveaway period
The giveaway begins on [May 1] at [9am et] and ends on [May 30] at [11:59pm] (Eastern Time). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
4. How to enter
To enter, participants must text as shown on the retail sign during the giveaway period. Limit one (1) entry per person per day / per giveaway period. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any other automated means are void.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve the odds of winning.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Total Wine & More gift card with an approximate retail value of $100 USD. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner selection and notification
The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received on or around June 8. The potential winner will be notified by SMS text within five business days of the drawing.
The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
7. Winner verification
The potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within 5 business days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be verified, is found ineligible, or fails to return required documents within the specified timeframe, the prize will be forfeited.
8. General conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in a disruptive manner. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
9. Limitation of liability
By entering this giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Total Wine & More, and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising out of participation in the giveaway or use or acceptance of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries.
10. Privacy
Any personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for prize fulfillment, or as required by law. By entering, participants agree to Sponsor's privacy policy available at www.aplos.world.
