Apple cinnamon tea honey*
½ oz
Lemon juice
½ oz
Pomegranate juice
1 oz
Sparkling apple cider
3 oz
Non-alcoholic aromatic bitters
2 dashes
Instructions
*Apple cinnamon tea honey: Steep extra strong tea using 4 bags to 8 oz water. Combine equal parts tea to honey so 8 oz of honey is diluted with the 8 oz of tea.
In a shaker combine Aplós Arise, lemon juice, cinnamon apple tea honey, and bitters. Add ice shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with chilled sparkling apple cider and garnish with apple.
